I've stayed here before and always love how clean and comfy everything is. The friendly staff makes a big difference! The poolside lounging and relaxation area were perfect for unwinding after a long day. The only small issue was the Wi-Fi could have been a bit faster, but it didn't ruin my overall experience. 😊

Lovely staff but needs updates
We arrived too early to check in and had to wait for ages without a place to drop our bags. The room was nice, with plenty of space for our little one, but the bathroom really needs a refresh. Staff were super friendly and breakfast was delicious! Definitely enjoyed the bar vibe as we relaxed after our child went to sleep.

I enjoyed a lovely stay with my dog, particularly appreciating the welcoming attitude towards pets without extra charges. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a hearty selection that provided a perfect start to our day. The location was also very convenient, right next to a tram stop, making it easy to explore Blackpool's attractions. the check-in staff could be more attentive and friendly to enhance the overall experience.

Comfortable Stay with a Few Hiccups
We enjoyed our stay despite some initial confusion about our room. The quietness of the hotel guaranteed restful nights, and the friendly breakfast staff made mornings enjoyable. Keep an eye on parking due to space constraints, but a tram stop right across adds convenience for exploring the area.

missingWrote a review on 18 Septpoor cleanliness
The cleanliness in the rooms leaves a lot to be desired. stained carpets and dust buildup around furniture can really turn you off. The bathrooms also seem to need attention, with consistent reports of mould and decrepit amenities, like light shades and shower systems that don't work properly. Frequent noise complaints from either traffic or bar activities can disrupt sleep, and the heating system might wake you up unexpectedly, so don't expect a peaceful night if you're close to the common areas.

Clean room with a nice sea view
Had a decent stay with a good sea view room. It was pretty basic but comfy enough. Enjoyed a fab burger and chips from the bar. Just watch your step going into the bathroom. it’s a bit of a trip hazard, and the shower over bath wasn’t great for me. Oh, and breakfast wasn’t included, which is a bummer.

We loved how close the hotel was to the Blackpool Tower Circus, where we took the whole family to experience the incredible performances. The kids had an absolute blast at the circus, and it made our trip even more memorable. Room was spacious for the whole family!
In my wife’s opinion, a kid-friendly play area would be a great addition for families.
